Buying a Voucher
You can buy over the phone or popping into the Clinic.
Spending a gift voucher
Once you’ve got your voucher, you won’t need to do anything to activate it. It’ll work straight away. You’ve then got one year from the purchase date use it. The expiry date will be written on the voucher but if you can’t find it, just call our reception team on 01202 748899 and they’ll be able to help.
To spend the voucher, when you make an appointment say that you wish to use the gift card against a treatment/product at the clinic. You can spend your voucher in full or just partly, and if you don’t spend all the money on your card, it’ll stay there until the expiry date.
Your voucher is for keeps – you can’t swap it for cash, and any refunds will be in the form of a voucher too. If it’s expired or you’ve altered it in any way, we’re afraid we won’t be able to accept it.
What to do if you lose or damage your voucher
If your voucher is lost, stolen or damaged, call us on 01202 748899, and let us know the following things so we can confirm that the voucher is yours, then we’ll cancel your old one and send you a new one with the same balance:
- Either the original receipt/email confirmation, or the gift receipt.
- The name of the person who bought the gift card, whether that’s you or the person who gave it to you.
- Where they bought it from.
